How to execute

If the Tool bar already displays the Insert button, you can simply tap it to execute. Otherwise, tap the More button to display the entire menu and then choose Insert.

If you frequently use this item, refer to Customize Tool bar to pin it to the Tool bar for easy access.

Usage & tips

Insert image, video, and audio files

You can select the desired image, video, or audio file from local storage and then insert it into the board.

1. When you tap on Insert in the Tool bar, a menu will appear that allows you to select the type of the file to insert.

   

2. Choose the desired type such as images, video, or audio. This will open the file explorer, where you can select a file from your local storage to insert.

3. Select the file you want to insert.

Insert an object from the cloud

You can load an object stored in your cloud storage and then insert it onto the board.

1. Tap Insert in the Tool bar and then select Object.

   

2. The file explorer for your cloud storage will open.

3. Select the file you want to insert.

   

Insert with Mobile Uploader

You can use Mobile Uploader to insert a file from your mobile device onto the board.

1. Tap Insert in the Tool bar and then select Mobile Uploader.

   

2. A QR code for launching the Mobile Uploader application is provided. Scan the QR code with your mobile device to launch the application.

   

3. Select the desired file in the application and upload it to the board.

Insert with Camera Uploader

If a camera is connected to your device, you can take a picture with the camera and then insert it onto the board.

1. Tap Insert in the Tool bar and then select Camera Uploader.

   

2. Take a picture and upload it to the board.
